How Q Inc was formed

As with so many innovative ideas and programs, Q Inc was established to respond to an emerging and critical need in the workplace. At no other time, has workplace conduct been the focus of such attention. Confronted by escalating costs and increased liability, employers are in search of human resource programming with a results-based focus, specializing in the many facets of workplace behaviour.

Recognizing this pressing need, the founders of Q Inc, Leonie Serman and Glenn French began collaborating and experimenting with innovative workplace programs as early as 1999. As a result of their demonstrated success, Q Inc was established in 2002, after which it continued to refine its offerings with continuously realized savings and bottom line impact.

Q Inc. is the culmination of over 50 years experience in the industrial mental health field. Founded by seasoned professionals who have evaluated and synthesized successful occupational health strategies over the years, your organization can be assured that nothing has been left to chance when it comes to applying our advanced technologies.
