The Three Step Process
Our process involves three distinct steps.
1. Situational Assessment
Our first order of business is to meet with you to brief us on the situation. We also conduct an environmental audit as well as a brief overview with your HR department and your involved team.
2. Problem Formulation
At this time, we engage in private counseling for the individual employee “clients”. This is a very important aspect of the process and guides all other steps.
3. Strategic Planning
In the planning phase, we take into consideration the needs of the individual and the organization in order to make recommendations to management, benefits or address occupational health concerns.
We share insights on how to deal with the situation through:
a. Recognizing the problem
b. Coaching
c. Planning for the future for early intervention
d. Designing customized policies and procedures to bring people back to work place enjoyment sooner.
